Khama Rhino Sanctuary houses 33 white rhinoceros, 1 black rhino (the largest single rhino in Botswana) and good populations of giraffe, eland, zebra, water bucks gemsnok, hartebeest, wildbeest, kudu, impala, springbok and ostrich. Predators such as leopard, brown hyena and black jackal, as well as aardwolf, aardvark, bat-eared fox and small cats are found in the sanctuary. Activities offered are game drives, Environmental Education, Nature Walks, Giraffe tracking, Conferences, Rhino tracking and Guide walks. All these activities are charged at a minimal rate to accommodate the locals.
